1st: Peabody Essex Museum
PEABODY ESSEX MUSEUM (IN-FO.CO, Eugenia Bell, and "Think Tank" Experts)
PlayTime is a website hosted by the Peabody Essex Museum (PEM), in support of a museum exhibition of the same name. It includes written, illustrated, and photography features, artist and person-on-the-street interviews on video, video artworks, artist pages with curator audio commentary on works in the exhibition, and multimedia games.
2nd & Audience Choice: Southern Vermont College
SOUTHERN VERMONT COLLEGE (NORTHSHIRE BOOKSTORE)
Northshire Bookstores/Shire Press partnered with Southern Vermont College in 2014, creating publishing opportunities for undergraduate level students. Faculty from the college work alongside Shire Press staff through a four-course program that gives students hands-on experience with book publishing.
3rd: Hachette Book Group
HACHETTE BOOK GROUP (WAX AUDIO)
Hachette Audio and Wax Audio worked together to produce a series of audiobooks on vinyl. The first releases have just been brought to market, which includes outlets beyond traditional bookstores.
